1. No Return Policy
All products sold by HMG Herbal are non-returnable once delivered.
We do not accept returns for:
- Herbal powders
- Hair care products
- Personal care products
- Consumable or wellness products
- Any product that has been delivered successfully
This policy is in place to maintain hygiene, quality, and customer safety.
2. No Replacement Policy
We do not offer replacements for products once they have been delivered.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for successfully delivered products.
However, a refund may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- The order was cancelled by HMG Herbal before shipment.
- Payment was deducted but the order was not successfully placed.
- The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be fulfilled.
- You receive a product that is damaged during transit or the wrong product due to an error on our part. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for verification. After verification, HMG Herbal may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund or another suitable resolution.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged package
- A defective product
- An incorrect product
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing your order number and clear photographs or videos. We will review your request and determine an appropriate resolution.
